It's a testament to how bad things have gotten when people are already thinking about whether Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner should step down.
Kind of like Martin Wolf wondering out loud whether Obama's presidency has already failed. And that was a month ago! Think of everything that's happened since then.

Paul Krugman desribes the administration as "dithering" on the banking sector, floating vague plans every week that all blend in to one, poorly thought-out vision.
Although, Obama's actions on the socio-political front have been decisive and bold since taking office. What I described as his "quiet revolution." (shameless plug, indeed)
